It takes three easy steps to get your company to match your contribution.
Talk to your company's human resources department to find out about its matching-gift policy.
- Obtain a matching gift form from your human resources department.
- Send the completed form, along with your gift, to

Once we return the form to your company, they will issue a matching gift contribution. We will acknowledge your employer upon receipt of the matching gift.
All gifts are tax-deductible and will be promptly acknowledged.
