St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children Honors Cushman & Wakefield Inc., Exec. V.P. Joshua Kuriloff
Throughout his 25 year career, Mr. Kuriloff has guided the real estate strategy for many of the world’s largest corporations and organizations. Chief among his accomplishments is the completion of a strategic plan on behalf of Pfizer, Inc. to expand their mid-town campus. The complexity and scale of the transaction earned Mr. Kuriloff and his partner, Charles Borrok, the distinction of Cushman & Wakefield’s coveted Deal of the Year Award.
In addition to his career endeavors, Mr. Kuriloff is dedicated to civic and charitable activities. Most notably, he is a Trustee for the United Hospital Fund and a former board member of St. Mary’s Foundation for Children.
According to Burton Grebin, M.D., St. Mary’s president and CEO, “Josh is not only the Executive Vice President and board member of Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held real estate services firm, he is also a person dedicated to philanthropy. And beneath Josh’s business exterior lies a caring and giving individual, who does not relish or seek the limelight, but who is genuinely concerned about doing the right thing. St. Mary’s is honored to recognize Josh with our 2005 Humanitarian Award.”
The event will be attended by prominent members of the real estate development industry along with friends and associates of the honoree and St. Mary’s former patients and their families. All proceeds benefit the children of St. Mary’s.
