Project Sunshine & BNP Paribas Volunteers Help St. Mary’s Kids Unleash Their Creativity Through a Day of Fun

Volunteers Create Long-Lasting Friendships with Kids of All Ages

Patients of St. Mary’s Hospital for Children spent an afternoon playing games, creating unique arts & crafts projects, and making new long-lasting friendships, all courtesy of Project Sunshine and BNP Paribas volunteers.

BNP Paribas, one of the best rated banks in the world and one of the largest international networks with operations in nearly 80 countries and 200,000 employees, teamed up with Project Sunshine, an organization dedicated to providing educational, recreational, and social programs to children facing medical challenges and their families, to bring a day of unlimited fun to St. Mary’s Kids, topped off with new friends for a lifetime.

Volunteers spent the day developing unique relationships with kids of all ages battling complex medical and life-limiting conditions due to serious illness, injury and complications of premature birth, learning firsthand about their experiences and their journey on the road to recovery at St. Mary’s.

The activities the volunteers planned helped to encourage children while allowing them to express their creativity and explore their imaginations.

On behalf of all of St. Mary’s Kids and staff, we thank Project Sunshine and BNP Paribas for their energetic spirits and enthusiasm!
