Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA)

Services provided by a CHHA may be available, which can include skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/feeding/language therapy, nutrition, social work services, telehealth and home health aides. Recommended services are determined by your medical providers and ask your insurance/Medicaid Case Manager about in-network agencies.
