Independent Home Care Contractor Opportunities
Join the St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children home rehabilitation community in an independent contractor capacity with St. Mary’s Home Care, a special needs certified home health agency (CHHA). Providing care for patients from newborn to 44 years of age, St. Mary’s home care focuses on improving their quality of life from the comfort of home.

Today, we celebrated an incredible milestone as Lian was discharged from St. Mary’s surrounded by the care team and family who have cheered him on every step of the way. 💙 Admitted in December 2022, Lian has made remarkable progress throughout his journey. We are so proud of how far Lian has come and grateful to have been part of his journey.
