Committee Pre-School Education (CPSE)

Preschool special education services are available for children ages 3 to 5 with disabilities or delays in development that affect learning. These services are provided free of charge to eligible children. The parent can contact the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) to request an evaluation to determine if child is eligible for special education services. The CPSE is responsible for coordinating the special education process for children ages 3 to 5.
