NYC’s only pediatric post-acute facility, caring for children with special healthcare needs and medically complex conditions. Services include Pediatric/Adolescent Medical Care, Rehabilitation (PT/OT/ST/ Aquatic Therapy) Intensive Feeding Therapy, Locomotor Spinal Cord Rehab, Specialized Skilled Nursing, Neuro-Rehab and TBI, Respiratory and Vent Care/Wean, Social Work/Family Services, Art/Music Therapy, Pastoral/Palliative/End of life care, Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES), Caregiver Education Program.
