Splinting Techniques for the Neurological Upper Extremity

This in-person course offers both didactic learning and a hands-on lab component, allowing participants to build confidence in upper extremity splinting techniques for patients with neurological impairments.
Participants will learn to:
- Determine indications for various upper extremity splinting techniques
- Decide between prefabricated splints and custom fabrication
- Fabricate at least one custom splint during a guided lab session

Amber Gardner, MS, OTR/L, CBIS
Amber’s expertise in neurological rehabilitation and splinting will guide participants through clinical decision-making and practical application.
