Position: Nutritionist

St. Mary’s Hospital for Children is currently seeking a Registered Dietitian for our Center for Pediatric Feeding Disorders who will evaluate, plan, implement and document nutritional care based on program policies, procedures and regulatory standards through the application of the nutritional guidelines for clinic and day patients ranging in age from 0- adolescence. The qualified candidate will provide parent/staff education, assesses patient’s progress and performs duties necessary for program development and research projects and support the facility’s mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting facility standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.
Position Requirements
Formal education required:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- CDN licensed in NYS a plus.
Previous experience required:
- Minimum of two year of health care experience in pediatric setting.
- Computer proficiency.
- Bilingual a plus.
