St. Mary’s Kids in Roslyn is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist to provide Occupational Therapy services in clinic based, school based and home base setting as mandated by IEP. The qualified therapist will provide services to children in 0-18 in programs such as, EI, CPSE, CSE, Insurance and Private Pay.

Position Requirements
- Minimum of one year of pediatric occupational therapy experience and/or pediatric affiliation.
- Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association or successfully completed the educational requirements of occupational therapy.
- Licensed in the state of NY as an Occupational Therapist.
