Position: Physical Therapist – Roslyn

Full-Time/Part-Time: Per Diem

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt

St. Mary’s Kids in Roslyn is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to provide Physical Therapy services in clinic based, school based and home base setting as mandated by IEP. The qualified therapist will provide services to children in 0-18 in programs such as, EI, CPSE, CSE, Insurance and Private Pay.

Position Requirements

  • Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or both.
    Licensed in the state as a physical therapist. If licenses are registered prior to 1966, meets the alternative qualifications cited in the Medicare Conditions of Participation, Section 405.12 (1) (2) (3)
  • Minimum of one year of experience in pediatric physical therapy and/or pediatric affiliation.
