St. Mary’s growing Certified Home Healthcare Agency (CHHA) is seeking an experience Registered Nurse to serve the Suffolk County area.

The qualified candidate will provide and direct the provision of home nursing care, based on agency policies and procedures, through the competent application of the nursing process. She/he will collaborate closely with all disciplines to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with plan of care and maintain clinical records in accordance with New York State and Federal regulations, and Home Care policy.

Position Requirements

Formal education required: 

  • Associates degree in nursing; B.S.N. preferred.  Holds a valid registered nursing license to practice in NY state.

Previous experience required: 

  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience in pediatrics and/or home care preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel clients’ homes to provide services.
