As a Health Homes Care Coordinator, Eva is on the frontline of St. Mary’s Kids, interacting with patients and their families, as well as physicians and clinical staff to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of services from St. Mary’s Home Care. She assists caregivers in obtaining access to all services for their child’s needs, including doctor’s appointments, school arrangements and therapy services.
Eva takes the mission of St. Mary’s Kids to heart. On a daily basis, she works tirelessly to improve the health and quality of life for children with special needs and their families. Additionally, Eva was invited to participate in the New York City Marathon on Sunday, November 4th 2018 and is making her run a fundraiser to support St. Mary’s Kids and their families.
