About the Event
For more than 150 years, St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children has been dedicated to caring for New York’s children and young adults with medically complex conditions. Through its inpatient hospital in Bayside, Queens, along with home care services and community-based programs, St. Mary’s provides comprehensive support to families throughout New York City, Nassau County, and Suffolk County.
Join us for our Resource Fair, bringing together parents, caregivers, individuals with medically complex needs, and the professionals who support them from childhood through adulthood. This free event offers valuable opportunities to learn, connect, and discover resources that can help navigate every stage of the care journey.
Participants can explore a variety of workshops and presentations covering special education, OPWDD and Medicaid services, advocacy, legal resources, social and recreational programs, and more. Attendees will also hear directly from families during a parent-led panel discussion focused on living with chronic and medically complex conditions.
