We’re proud to share that Gila Kaplun, Manager of the Applications, Data, and Integrations team at St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children, will be joining an esteemed panel of healthcare leaders at the upcoming HIMSS and HEC event: Transforming Pediatric Care Models with Innovation and AI.
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare across diverse roles, Gila has led projects spanning data processing, system integration, and enterprise applications. At St. Mary’s, she plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s digital transformation—leveraging technology to enhance care delivery and improve outcomes for children with complex medical needs.
Gila will share her insights during the “Acute & Home Focused Panel”, exploring how innovation and AI can reduce risk, improve outcomes, and lower costs in pediatric care.
The event will feature thought leaders from Mount Sinai, Northwell Health, Golisano Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, and St. Mary’s Hospital for Children, among others—all working together to shape the future of pediatric healthcare through technology and innovation.
