Patricia (Trish) Hackenjos is the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. She is responsible for implementing human resource strategies that enables St. Mary’s to recruit, train, and retain a motivated workforce. She began her employment as an Assistant Director in 2007.
Trish has over 20 years of human resources experience. She previously held healthcare leadership positions at Premier Home Health Care, Star Multi Care Services, and Best Care, Inc.
She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, SHRM-LI Chapter Workforce Development Committee, and QCC Perkins Local Advisory Council. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Dowling College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from CW Post/Long Island University. She holds Professional Human Resources and SHRM-CP certifications.
