St. Mary’s Hospital for Children would like to extend a hearty thank you to the Spirit of Children program by Spirit Halloween. The hospital recently received a generous donation of over $60,000 from the country’s leading seasonal Halloween retailer. Spirit Halloween raises funds for St. Mary’s through an in-store fundraising initiative. Customers who purchase costumes and Halloween décor at local Spirit Halloween locations are given an opportunity to donate to St. Mary’s.
In addition, the Spirit Halloween team treats St. Mary’s Kids to a lively fun-filled annual Halloween celebration. The company provides a large array of spooky and stunning costumes, as well as decorations, and trick or treat bags for each child. The Halloween celebration features a variety of arts and crafts activities, as well as face painting.
Launched in 2006, Spirit Halloween created the Spirit of Children program to bring the joys of the year’s spookiest holiday to children in hospitals and rehabilitation centers who may not otherwise be able to join in Halloween festivities.
