Over 100 participants enjoy a day of fitness, fun and fresh from the Farm produce
Over 100 members of the community joined St. Mary’s Kids, staff and patient families for St. Mary’s Fall Festival and Family Health Walk— held in Bayside. The festival featured an array of health and fitness activities and included a Farmers Market, sponsor exhibits, a bike helmet fitting station and vibrant recreational activities for children of all ages. This event was also a celebration of the first harvest of St. Mary’s Farm to Table program.
St. Mary’s Kids from our Pediatric Day healthcare Program led the Walk by leading participants in a loop around the Bayside facility.
Sponsors included Applebees (New Hyde Park), Panera Bread (Bay Terrace), Astoria Bank, and Bussani Mobility.
