Know Before You Go!
Are you joining us Sunday, May 21st, for our Annual Big Hearts Walk for St. Mary’s Kids? Read below to learn the latest updates and be prepared for the big day:
Location
The event will be at Crocheron Park in Bayside, which is easy to get to from the Cross Island Parkway. The best point of entry is through the parking lot on 215th Place in Bayside, NY.
Event Start Time
The event will begin promptly at 10 AM. Please plan to arrive an hour early to allow time for parking and check-in. This is a rain-or-shine event.
Parking
Please be aware that the parking lot at the park is small and quickly fills up. Alternatively, you may park on the street, and St. Mary’s Hospital for Children will reserve part of their parking lot for walk participants to park (the park is a short walk from the hospital).
Check-In
Starting at 9 AM, event check-in will be held near the parking lot closest to 215th place. If you checked in prior to the event, you may bypass the check-in line.
Online Registration
Online registration will close Friday at 3 PM.
Day of Registration
Have some friends who would like to attend last minute? On the morning of the event, they can register onsite. Onsite Registration will open at 9 AM. Cash is preferred. Adults are $25 and Children are $5.
Family Fun Day
After the walk, enjoy a day of family fun at Crocheron Park. Activities will include music, carnival games, arts and crafts, small animals, raffles, food, and so much more.
