This event is an incredible opportunity to raise critically needed funds that support vital programs and services for St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children.
As New York’s largest and most experienced provider of long-term care to children with medically complex conditions, St. Mary’s is committed to improving the health and quality of life for children with special healthcare needs. Join us on Sunday, May 5th, at Crocheron Park as we spotlight this year’s remarkable honorees, whose unwavering commitment to St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children has touched countless hearts.
1. Maureen Folan, Maureen Folan Real Estate
Maureen Folan is the top real estate agent in Queens and is known for her philanthropy and kindness. With a career marked by unparalleled success, Maureen’s commitment to giving back is as impressive as her professional achievements. Since 2017, she has supported St. Mary’s Hospital for Children, contributing over $40,000 and spearheading initiatives like annual toy drives during the holiday season. Inspired by the values instilled in her by her mother, the legendary Ann Folan, Maureen embodies the principles of hard work and integrity in both her professional and philanthropic endeavors. Her dedication to St. Mary’s exemplifies the spirit of selflessness and generosity, and we are honored to recognize her contributions at this year’s Big Hearts Walk.
2. Bridget Klein, Senior Therapeutic Activities Assistant
Join us in celebrating Bridget Klein, Senior Therapeutic Activities Assistant, as this year’s Big Hearts Walk honoree. Bridget’s journey with St. Mary’s began as a volunteer in 2016, and over the past six years, she has become an indispensable recreation team member. Her dedication to St. Mary’s mission, vision, and values shines through in everything she does, from organizing special holiday visits to coordinating recreational activities for the children and families. Bridget’s unwavering commitment to spreading joy and making memories for the kids at St. Mary’s is truly inspiring, and we are privileged to honor her with this special recognition.
